Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase. Refund policy is valid only under following circumstances.
1) If the goods were not dispatched: No refunds or cancellations accepted post placing order for reasons whatsoever. As once the order is placed, a fee is charged default by the payment gateway which cannot be reversed. Under severe circumstances only a cancellation may happen. The decision for cancellation will be sole by DBJETS itself depending on the situation assessed by us. Please place the order only in intention to proceed ahead with order and no cancellations. Cancellation will also attract cancellation charges of 10% of the total order value including shipping cost. So lets say your order value is Rs 5000 and Rs 500 is shipping charges being charged, you would have to pay cancellation fees for Rs 5500 and not Rs 5000.
2) If the goods were already dispatched: Under such scenario, where for example you ordered a wrong item by mistake, or whatsoever reason you did not wanted either 1 specific item from your order or the entire order, mostly this wont be possible as already there would be charges applied in every step of the order. However, still to support your satisfaction and liking, the item can be taken back under following circumstances. 1) The item has to be returned back in its original condition without any damage to the box as well as this item will have to be resold. 2) The courier charges will be born by the buyer to send the item back to us. 3) Refund will be initiated post us receiving the item, post validating its condition. Based on the same, refund will be provided. A fee of 10% for cancelling the item won't be applied in this scenario. However the buyer will have to pay the courier charges which was paid already from us to you, return courier charges and also fees charged by the payment gateway will have to be born by the buyer itself. Final bifercation of this will be given to you later post receiving the items.

Requests received later than _2___business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a replacement. It is possible if a replacement is available in stock(in terms of manufacturing defects), if not available in stock then can be checked for possibility if it can be made available, if cannot be made available then refund would be provided in terms the products have manufacturing defects. A proof will be required with pictures and videos to be shown to the manufacturer.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
