Shipping Policy and Courier Handling Policy

Shipping Policy:

We usually try our level best to ship the product within 48-72 hours after receiving the order however consider minimum 3 to maximum 10 working days for the dispatch as sometimes due to non availability of stock or due to various other technical reasons, the dispatch is difficult within a short period of time. If the dispatch does not happen within 10 working days, then a 100% refund would be initiated back to the buyer. In such cases, there won’t be any fees deduction nor any payment gateway charges and the buyer would receive full 100% refund along with a discount voucher of Rs 100 for next order as token of appreciation or say compensation. Shipping amount would be added to your total while checking out and would be additional. There is no option for Free shipping unless you visit and pick the products from our office.

Courier Handling Policy:

A proper inspection would be done of the item before dispatch for checking the product condition, a pre packing picture and a post packing picture would also be taken to ensure as a sufficient proof of the condition of the product. However courier companies in India don’t provide any kind of rebate or compensation if the product gets damaged in transit. They do provide 50-100% rebate incase the shipment gets lost in transit. DBJETS.COM won’t be responsible for any damages occurring in shipment during transit. However, it’s our duty that the products reach you in perfect condition, hence proper care would be taken while packing your product to ensure its safety while in transit. If you don’t wish to opt for shipment, you can even pick up the parcel from our Mumbai office with prior appointment which is mandatory. Apart from that, if you wish to pick the item by your own courier partner, even this would be possible, again prior intimation is needed. Exact details will be given as per needed. Customers situated in Mumbai would also have option for same day delivery itself. For damages in transit, a complaint can be raised with courier agency, but proper images of the product, product outer box, packing images and video of unpacking would be required to submit as a proof to the courier agency. However there won’t be any kind of assurance or confirmation for rebate for damages. However be rest assured, DBJETS would provide you 100% support for the above.
